Where we ship

Free shipping is available worldwide for eligible products.

First Edition exclusive kits currently ship within the United States only.

How long it takes

Orders are processed within 2 business days.

Most products are fulfilled by a partner overseas. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 10–15 business days. Weather, customs, and busy seasons may cause delays.

First Edition exclusive kits
First Edition kits are U.S.-only pre-orders. After the supplier order is placed, production takes approximately 25 days. Supplies then take approximately 30 days to arrive, followed by 3–5 days for quality checking and packing. Customer delivery is expected to take approximately 5–8 days after shipment. The total estimated timeline is approximately 9–10 weeks from the supplier order, subject to production and carrier delays.  Holiday shipping volume may also extend production, processing, or delivery times.

You will receive tracking information by email after your order ships. If you do not see it, check your spam or junk folder.
